I continuem amb més nominacions. Aquest cop és el torn dels Globus d’Or, que com ja sabeu els entrega l’HFPA (Associació de Premsa Estrangera) i diuen els experts (nosaltres no ho som) que són l’avantsala dels Oscars. Dit això, enguany els Golden Globe Awards venen acompanyats de polèmica, ja que algunes estrelles de renom, plataformes i diferents mitjans de comunicació han denunciat la falta de diversitat i ètica de l’HFPA, així com algunes males praxis i conductes força qüestionables. La gala tindrà lloc el pròxim 9 de gener, però de moment encara no té qui la retransmeti per la televisió, ja que la cadena NBC, la qual solia emetre la gala, ja va dir que aquest any “naranai”.
Pel que fa a la matèria cinematogràfica, poca cosa a dir, estimats: molta mediocritat i alguna coseta que sí paga la pena. The Power of The Dog de Jane Campion i Belfast de Kennet Branagh es posicionen com a grans favorites amb 7 nominacions cada una. En l’apartat televisiu Succession sembla liderar les nominacions, però li trepitgen els talons The morning show, Lupin i, no cal dir-ho, Squid Game.
