Ja tenim aquí tots els nominats als Oscars! La pel·lícula més destacada, amb un total de 13 nominacions, és Oppenheimer, de Christopher Nolan, que ja va aconseguir alguns premis als Globus d’Or. Està nominada, entre altres, a Millor Pel·lícula, Millor Direcció i també compta amb un bon grapat de nominacions per als actors principals i secundaris.
La segueix de prop Poor Things, una adaptació feminista del clàssic de Frankenstein del grec Yorgos Lanthimos. Amb 11 nominacions en total, aquesta obra inclou reconeixements a Millor Pel·lícula, Millor Direcció, Millor Actriu Principal per Emma Stone i Millor Guió Adaptat.
També cal destacar l’última obra de Martin Scorsese, Killers of the Flower Moon, film que acumula 10 nominacions a categories importants com Millor Pel·lícula, Millor Direcció i per les actuacions remarcables de Robert De Niro i Lily Gladstone, però no de Leonardo DiCaprio, que no ha estat nominat.
I amb 8 nominacions hi trobem Barbie, un dels blockbusters del 2023. Entre aquestes 8 nominacions hi hem trobat a faltar la de Greta Gerwig i la de la protagonista, Margot Robbie.
La gran alegria ha estat veure La Sociedad de la Nieve de J.A. Bayona a la graella. La pel·lícula està nominada a Millor Pel·lícula Estrangera i Millor Maquillatge i Perruqueria. També està nominada Robot Dreams, de Pablo Berger, que opta al premi a Millor Pel·lícula d’Animació.
La gala d’entrega dels premis tindrà lloc, com és habitual, al Dolby Theatre de Hollywood el 10 de març. La cerimònia serà emesa en directe per la cadena ABC i presentada, per quart any consecutiu, per l’humorista Jimmy Kimmel.
